Description

We will be performing scheduled maintenance on Docebo platforms in the Sydney (AP Southeast 2) region, resulting in temporary downtime. Sandbox environments will be affected between March 31 and April 4, while production environments will undergo maintenance from April 14 to April 19. Each downtime period will last up to four hours during nighttime, from 10 PM to 2 AM (local time). During this time, platforms will be inaccessible, and scheduled activities (such as reports and notifications) will not be executed, nor will they be executed when service is restored. Services will resume automatically after maintenance is completed.

We are continuing to troubleshoot the issue originating from the third-party provider, which is still causing intermittent disruptions. Voice, messaging, and ticket creation via help.docebo.com have now been restored. In-platform ticket creation, remains impacted as we work toward a full resolution.

Users may be experiencing errors when creating new ILT sessions or modifying existing ones that utilize Zoom and/or Webex integrations. Active conference sessions and the learner experience (joining sessions already created) appear to be unaffected. Our Cloud Operations team is currently investigating the issue. We will send an additional update within the next hour.
