Description

We will be performing scheduled maintenance on Docebo platforms in the Sydney (AP Southeast 2) region, resulting in temporary downtime. Sandbox environments will be affected between March 31 and April 4, while production environments will undergo maintenance from April 14 to April 19. Each downtime period will last up to four hours during nighttime, from 10 PM to 2 AM (local time). During this time, platforms will be inaccessible, and scheduled activities (such as reports and notifications) will not be executed, nor will they be executed when service is restored. Services will resume automatically after maintenance is completed.

[Investigating] We are investigating a disruption with our report generation service. Users may experience discontinued background jobs when generating or exporting reports. This is affecting users located in the us-east-1 region. Our Cloud Operations team is actively working to identify the root cause and restore service. We will provide another update within the hour or sooner if we have new information.

[Identified] We have deployed a change that is showing positive signs of recovery for report generation and exports. Additionally, we are coordinating with our vendor to assist with troubleshooting.
